Exchanges are subjected to the following conditions:
1. Items that are for exchange must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging within 30 days of purchase.
2. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase in Singapore.
3. For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categorises under toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy.
