We understand that navigating through the current COVID-19 situation is especially difficult and daunting for you – the expectant, and the mums and dads with little kids they want to protect from harms’ way. This is why at Mothercare, we are committed to being with you at every step of this journey, even in moments of extraordinary uncertainties like this one.

To ensure your safety, and being in-line with the government's extended measures against Covid19, we have extended the closure of our stores until 1st June 2020, or until further notice.

Safe distancing does not mean disappearing. Infact, we endeavour to bring mothercare closer to you than ever before.

For your convenience, we have strengthened our webstore at www.mothercare.com.sg, and have teamed up with Lazada to provide you with your Baby and Kids essentials needs via our Lazada Mothercare Flagship Store.

We have also launched our newest service: Digital Nursery Advisor (DNA). This service is to further enhance your shopping experience, while being at home. If you are unable to find a product online, require assistance, and/or need to speak to someone, you can drop us a whatsapp message to request a same-day call back from one of our DNAs. (operating hours for whatsapp service: 10am to 11pm daily).

This crisis has made parenthood harder, but it will not stop us from caring for those who matter.

Q: My Gift Voucher is expiring this April and May, will there be any extension?
A: We understand that safe distancing is highly encouraged at these times, in such case, we are extending all Mothercare Gift vouchers with April/May expirations to 2 months (June/July).
Q: How about returns? Will I be able to make returns?
A: Returns will still be accepted, please whatsapp us here (operating hours for whatsapp service: 10am to 11pm daily), or email us at customercare@mothercare.com.sg (from 9am-6pm daily) to process your concerns.
Q: What about the Nursery Advisor Program?
A: Due to circuit breaker measures, we have transformed our Nursery Advisor Program into a new service called: Digital Nursery Advisor (DNA). Our normal general mothercare hotline is currently inactive.
