Delivery Information
Delivery and installation is FREE for purchases over $500 in a single or accumulated receipt/s on the same day purchase. Drop & Go per destination Deliveries below $500 for small items without assembly will incur the following charges: VIP Members - $25 Non Members - $30 Delivery with Installation per destination (mixed items included) Deliveries below $500 with assembly will incur the following charges: VIP Members - $50 Non Members - $60 The above terms and conditions are applicable for delivery within Singapore, except Sentosa, Jurong Port, Kepple District Park and Changi Cargo Complex where an additional charge of $10 applies. Mothercare Pushchair Warranty
Any pushchair under S$400 is subject to a 6 month warranty*. Any pushchair over S$400 is subject to a 12 month warranty*. All pushchairs will be covered by the manufacturing/supplier warranty where terms and conditions apply. One for one exchange only applies to Mothercare in house brand pushchairs. * Subject to terms and conditions. Check in-store for details. Keeping you Mobile: We will provide you with a courtesy stroller, subject to availability, whilst yours is away (sent) for repair. |
Exchange Policy
Mothercare branded merchandise are warrant against manufacturer's fault. Items that are for exchange must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging within 30 days of purchase. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase in Singapore. For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categorises under toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In addition, merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy. Mothercare reserve the rights to change the terms from time to time without prior notice.
