Returns and Exchanges
Mothercare branded merchandise are warrant against manufacturer's fault. Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchased, but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase in Singapore.
For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categorises under toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In addition, merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy. Goods sold at the Baby Fair is not exchangeable or returnable.
Wrong Item Sent by Us
For any wrong item sent to you, we will provide the right item and retrieve the wrong one at our cost. A exchange can be provided or a refund may be processed based on customer preference.
For Wrong Size Purchase / Exchanges / Returns
For wrong size purchased, returns or products exchanges, the cost would be borne by the buyer. Store exchange is possible. All exchanges would have to be for items of the same value or higher Please note: Do avoid sending us the exchange item in standard mail as damage to the product could occur in regular mail. However if it is returned through standard mail services any damage would be borne by the buyer. Once we have received the item in an unused, good condition and in its original state and packaging, we will proceed with the exchange as agreed. The exchange can also be done at our office.

For all purchases made on mothercare.com.sg, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your invoice, date of purchase, product name, reason for return. Once delivered, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable. For more information on returns, please refer to our FAQ.
