How to Measure Nipple Diameter

Step 1: Pump for 5 minutes using your current breast shields. Note: As your nipple will expand and swell slightly when milk is being expressed, it is important to measure after nipple expansion to ensure the size selected will be a good fit.

Step 2: Stop pumping and measure diameter of your nipple. Select a breast shield size that is 2-3 mm larger than this measurement.Also available in 22 / 24 / 27 / 30mm
