Connect these adapters to the pushchair chassis as indicated in the user guide, and then directly hang the changing backpack on there.

- Yes, the Bugaboo changing backpack can be used in both configurations. It can also be used with the carrycot and the seat. When reclining the seat, ensure that the straps connected to the attachment points are elongated to allow for enough room, as indicated in the user guide of the changing backpack.
