Instead of delivering to your home address, collect your order at a store near you in the next two hours, without any charges. Please note that this service is currently only available during operating hours. If you can’t find a store in your vicinity, you can have your order delivered to your preferred address at a certain charge. We do provide free delivery if you spend $60 and above.


How do I place an order for Click & Collect?
  • Select your items and proceed to checkout.
  • Choose your preferred store for collection.
  • Enter your billing details.
  • Complete the payment process.
When will my order be ready for collection?
  • Orders placed before 7 pm can be picked up within two hours.
  • Orders placed after 7 pm will be ready the next day.
Can I change the collection store after placing my order?
  • Once an order is placed, the selected collection store cannot be changed.
Can I request delivery after placing an order for Click & Collect?
  • Delivery cannot be requested after an order has been placed for Click & Collect.
How long will the store hold my items?
  • Items will be held at the selected store for 7 days. After 7 days, uncollected items will be returned to the warehouse, and a refund will be processed.
What is your return and refund policy for Click & Collect orders?

    Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
  • Certain items such as clearance goods, custom products, or perishable items may be excluded from returns.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns and refunds if the criteria for return are not fulfilled.

  • Returns can be initiated by visiting the store where the item was collected.
  • Alternatively, contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
  • Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping carrier and obtaining proof of shipment.
  • Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund once we receive the returned product.
  • Partial Refunds:

  • In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the product is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
  • Case-by-Case Review:

  • In certain cases, escalated issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
