What fabric is the Evolve Bouncer made with?
  • All fabrics used for the Evolve Bouncer have been tested to be free of harmful substances. The Evolve Bouncer is created with Ponte Knit on the soft, snuggly parts of the fabric. This Cotton Twill is used with a breathable Mesh to create comfort for baby in all the right places. The back is made with Cotton Twill, soft and durable for long use.

Does the Evolve Bouncer feature Oeko-Tex certified fabric?
  • The Knit fabric on the front of the Evolve Bouncer, as well as the Cotton fabric found on the back are Oeko-Tex certified, Class I.

Are any tools required to setup the Evolve Bouncer?
  • No tools are required to setup the Evolve Bouncer, it comes ready to use out of the box.

How do I adjust my Evolve Bouncer?
  • Ensure the security lock on the base is in the 'green' position. Press the step pedal at the base of the Evolve Bouncer with your foot and simultaneously move the seat up or down with your hand. Once you've reached the desired position engage the security lock to the 'red' position. Although the lock is not mandatory for use, it can be moved to the red position for added security.

How do I fold flat my Evolve Bouncer?
  • The Evolve Bouncer folds flat for easy storage with our simple foot pedal. Simply unlatch the safety lock, press down on the foot pedal and push the Bouncer down to its lowest position. Then you're ready for compact storage

How do I remove the Newborn-Insert when no longer used?
  • In order to remove your newborn insert when no longer needed, simply remove the insert from your Evolve Bouncer and store it away. For easier access to remove it, unbuckle the harness. Do not remove newborn insert from the bouncer while baby is using it.

Can the harness be removed?
  • Yes, the harness can be removed. To remove the harness from your Evolve Bouncer, open slot at bottom of bouncer seat and remove velcro from both sides of the harness fabric. Once the velcro is unsecured, remove the harness from the slot and remove from bouncer. Do not remove harness while baby is in bouncer. Only use harness-free bouncer mode when baby meets size requirements for the Toddler mode.

How do I remove my seat cover?
  • To remove your seat cover, unlatch the fasteners on behind the Evolve Bouncer seat on the base and pull the seat cover off the frame. To add your seat cover back on, pull it over the frame until the frame is covered and secure the fasteners back on the base of the back of the bouncer.

Can I change the seat cover?
  • Yes, you can change the seat cover of your Evolve Bouncer. To remove your seat cover, unlatch the fasteners on behind the Bouncer seat on the base and pull the seat cover off the frame. To add your seat cover back on, pull it over the frame until the frame is covered and secure the fasteners back on the base of the back of the bouncer.

How do I store my Evolve Bouncer?

  • We follow the advice from the World Health Organization (WHO) not to let young children sit in the same position for more than one hour. We therefore advise against allowing your baby to spend longer than one (1) hour in the bouncer. However, your child can sit in the baby bouncer several times a day and you can feel confident they are getting ergonomic support from head to hips. We encourage you to vary where your baby spends their time: in your arms, a baby carrier, a stroller, cot and a baby bouncer.

How do I clean my Evolve Bouncer?
  • Our Evolve Bouncer is easy to clean and hassle-free so you can spend time on what matters most. The Seat Cover and Newborn Insert are machine washable. To remove your seat cover, unlatch the fasteners on behind the bouncer seat on the base and pull the seat cover off the frame. Once removed, fasten all Velcro® buckles and/or fasteners and machine wash cold. After washing, hang dry or air dry. Do not use bleach on your Evolve Bouncer. Do not dry clean. Do not submerge bouncer frame in water. To clean the base of the Evolve Bouncer, wipe clean with a damp sponge or cloth and mild cleaner.
