How do I qualify for Mothercare VIP membership?

  • simply spend an accumulation of a minimum of $300 within 3 consecutive months
  • points are automatically added and tracked once you shop using your registered account, both online and in-stores.
  • a "blue membership" is the basic membership, and a "gold membership" is our VIP membership

What is the validity of my VIP membership?

  • your gold membership will be valid for one year
  • spend a minimum of $300 within the year to extend your gold status for the next consecutive year.

What are the discounts & privileges of holding a gold membership?

What if my points was not recorded?

  • from 1 november 2022 onwards, mothercare will not allow points to be transferred from one customer account to another, nor the merging of customer accounts together. please note that accumulation of points is only possible when purchases are made using a member account in order to enjoy full member benefits within each individual account. we seek your kind understanding as we continually look to strengthen our membership program.
