Are items eligible for return?
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  • Only exchanges are allowed for items with defects or incorrect color/model.
How do I exchange my item?
  • Products are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • You need to provide proof of purchase (order invoice and receipt) upon exchange.
  • The goods must be in new condition, returned in original, unopened packaging, along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, and any free gifts).
  • All sealed items must not be opened, and the product must not have been used or installed.

  • Little Humans Private Limited reserves the right to decline exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
What if I want to cancel my order after ordering?
  • A 10% cancellation fee will apply if you decude to cancel your order prior to the delivery date.

Can I return items if I purchased the incorrect size clothing?
  • Yes, we accept exchanges for incorrect clothing sizes as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
What is the policy for non-Mothercare branded merchandise?
  • Non-Mothercare branded merchandise is subject to the same return conditions as Mothercare branded items.
