  • a "blue membership" is the basic membership, and a "gold membership" is our VIP membership

What is the validity of my VIP membership?

  • your gold membership will be valid for one year
  • spend a minimum of $300 within the year to extend your gold status for the next consecutive year.

What are the discounts & privileges of holding a gold membership?

  • 10% off regular-priced merchandise when you shop in-stores and online
  • 15%-30% off selected items during your child's brithday month.

What are "regular-priced items"?

  • "regular-priced items" refers to merchandise that is not having a promotion or discount on their original price.

Terms and Conditions

  • mothercare VIP membership (gold membership) is valid for 1 year.
  • spend an accumulation of $300 within 3 consecutive months to get upgraded from a blue membership to a gold membership.
  • upon upgrade of membership, please allow 3 hours before starting to accumulate points again.
  • during this 3-hour activation time span, members are entitled to discounts and privileges, but strictly no accumulation of points from purchase receipts.
  • please allow 1 day from your purchase for the updated of your accumulated points to be seen.
  • any purchase receipts prior to registering for a mothercare membership is strictly not allowed for the accumulation of points, for gold membership upgrade application
  • any purchase receipts from events / fairs / annual baby fairs, are strictly not allowed for the accumulation of membership points, unless said otherwise.
  • a minimum spend of $300 a year is required to maintain a gold membership, otherwise, loyalty membership status will automatically be downgraded to a blue membership, if the requirement is not met.
  • member's discounts and privileges are applicable at all mothercare stores in singapore.
  • discounts and privileges are not to be used in conjunction with promotional items, discount vouchers, nett-priced items and the purchase of mothercare gift vouchers.
  • identify yourself as a member and provide your phone number to enjoy the privileges and accumulate points from your purchases.
  • food, bugaboo, braun, medela breast pumps, hasbro, books, dvds, selected pigeon and other nett/controlled price products are not entitled to member's discounts.
  • mothercare (s) pte ltd has the right to use membership information and data stored in computers regrading activities related to marketing and marketing communications. as a mothercare member, you grant mothercare your consent to use all of your personal data for the purposes of administrating any membership activities, marking communications, and special offerings.
