Free Next Day Delivery:
- Free delivery is eligible for orders with a minimum spending of $60. We strive to fufill next day delivery for orders placed from Monday to Friday, before 12 pm.
Next day delivery terms & conditions:
- Delivery hours are between 9AM to 10PM daily, excluding Sunday & Public Holidays.
- Orders must be placed via home delivery shipping method (items applicable for this service will be reflected on product page).
- Furniture/products requiring assembly will be delivered within 7 working days during off-peak season, and 14 working days during peak season. You will be contacted within 5 working days from the date of purchase for delivery arrangements.
- Shipping costs are reflected upon check-out, at $5.90 for orders below $60, and free for orders above $60.
- 3 maximum delivery attempts will be made in efforts to contact you before returning your order to the warehouse. Additional delivery attempts will be charged separately.
- Exceptional circumstances (i.e. bad weather, courier delays, peak sale season) may result in longer delivery timeframes.
- Items found to be out of stock will be cancelled & refunded.
- Orders with special requests or combined with Click & Collect serivce will not be applicable for next day delivery.
- Mothercare reserves the right to suspend next day delivery for its orders as and when required. Cancellation or changes for next day delivery orders is not permitted.
- Mothercare Online delivers your parcel via in-house delivery members or through trusted courier partners.
- We deliver anywhere in Singapore, with the exception of offshore islands and restricted zones.
Delivery by Mothercare
- All orders in which customers have purchased our assembly service will be delivered by one of our in-house team. All orders which contain cots, cot beds or other selected nursery furniture will be delivered by one of our in-house team. Our delivery team will send an SMS to arrange a date and time for delivery.
Delivery by Singpost
- Your tracking number is your order number eg “SO-MCSG-0000123”. You may track your delivery via Singpost Tracking Portal .
- If you stay at a residence covered by Parcel Santa, Singpost will automatically deliver your parcel to your designated Parcel Santa locker. This service enables you to self-collect your order at a location near your place of residence, within 48 hours of delivery. In the event that the dimensions or weight of your parcel is too large for this service, Singpost will deliver the item to your doorstep.
- To check if your residence is covered by Parcel Santa, and where your locker is located, please click here . To opt out of Parcel Santa services, please click here for more information. Neither Mothercare or Singpost is able to opt out this service on your behalf. Our normal delivery estimates will apply for Parcel Santa services.
Delivery by Supplier
- If your item is indicated as not being stored and shipped by Mothercare, our next day delivery and click and collect services will be unavailable. Please allow up to 5 working days for these items to be delivered.
- The designated supplier will contact you on the following working day, to advise you further on the delivery date and time.
- Items which are indicated as not stored or shipped by mothercare are unable to cancelled, exchanged or refunded after once your order has been made. Mothercare recommends ordering these items separately to other items within our website, in order to avoid delivery delays.
Express Delivery
- We currently do not offer express delivery. If you need express delivery for special circumstances please email us at online@mothercare.com.sg. Not valid for delivery requiring assembly.

Assembly Charges
- All mothercare furniture collection are delivered within 10 working days, by two of our very own trained staff (delivery to non mainland addresses may take longer). They will take it to the room of your choice. Our staff will text you to confirm your delivery schedule before hand (provided that your mobile number has been supplied). Orders with requested assembly are delivered during 10am - 6:30pm (Mon — Fri), or 10am - 4:00pm (Sat). Assembly services by our trained specialists are available at these following rates:
- Assembly of Cot, Cotbed, Nursing Chair & Dresser: FREE
- Assembly of Highchair & Bassinet Travel Cot: $20
- For items not mentioned above, there are no assembly services available
How do I place a click and collect order?
- To place a Click and Collect order, please follow the steps;
- You may select any product you wish to purchase with the 'click n collect' icon.
- Enter your location or postal code and click 'Find a Store' to locate your nearest Click and Collect store.
- Select a convenient store and click ‘Collect here’.
- Enter your billing details
- Proceed to payment.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will need to present the order confirmation email as part of verification.
When can I expect to be able to pick up my order, using the click and collect service?
- You are able to pick up your Click and Collect orders within the next two hours. You are encouraged to pick up your Click and Collect orders before 9pm (Orders that are placed before or at 7pm). For orders placed after 7pm, processing time will start on the next business day after 12pm.
Will I be able to change to a different collection store few days after I have placed my click and collect order?
- We are trying to process your Click and Collect orders as fast as possible in your selected store for pick up within the next two hours, hence we are unable to support your request.
Will I be able to request for delivery of my click and collect order to my preferred location instead?
- As soon as we received your confirmation on the selected Click and Collect store, we would have already processed your order for your collection at your selected store within the next two hours, hence, we are unable to support your request.
What do I need to bring to pick-up my click and collect order?
- Collecting your product is easy. You only need to present your pick-up notification email to one of the in store teams.
How long will my click and collect item be held for me at the store?
- You will receive a confirmation email once payment is made. Upon this confirmation, your product(s) will be reserved for 7 days. After those 7 days, your products will be released for sale or returned to the warehouse. Please drop us an email should you require further assistance for pick up after 7 days.
Using click and collect, can I return my products in store as well?
- If upon collection, you are not completely happy with your product, simply leave the products in store with one of our teams and we will process the return for you.
- If you have taken your Click and Order order home, please return your order to the store within 30 days and our in-store team will be able to process a refund for you.
- We will provide you a receipt as your proof of returns. Please kindly keep that copy for future reference.
Are online vouchers or promotions applicable when I use click and collect service?
- Yes, the price you pay for the item online is the final price you pay when you collect your products from your selected store.
- Please note that any in-store promotions and discounts may differ and do not apply when you collect your products in store. Prices may also differ between the online price and the in-store price.
What do the statuses in my purchase history mean?
- Pending Fulfilment - We've received your order and it is processing.
- Pending Billing - Your order has been packed by our team and is pending to be delivered.

General Policy
- Mothercare branded merchandise are warrant against manufacturer's fault. Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchased, but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase in Singapore.
- For personal hygiene purposes, products which are toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In addition, merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy. Goods sold at the Baby Fair is not exchangeable or returnable.
Incorrect Items Delivered
- For any wrong item sent to you, we will provide the correct item and retrieve the incorrect item at our cost. A exchange can be provided or a refund may be processed based on customer preference.

Please note that Mothercare will only offer exchange for items of equal value or above. For all exchanges of higher value you will be required to pay the difference in amount. Why have I not received my order?
- If your order has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, please contact us so we can assist you further.
What if no one is at home to receive the package?
- If orders are undelivered during the first try, our courier will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. We will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning your order to the warehouse. If you require additional delivery after that, another round of courier fees will have to be charged.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

How will Mothercare package my order? Will it be bubble-wrapped?
- PIt depends on the product - fragile items will be bubble-wrapped to prevent damage to the product. All items will be delivered in a box or envelope.

What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

I have received an incorrect/missing/defective item in my order, what should I do?
- We apologise for your incorrect/missing/defective item. Please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will replace the item upon return, or refund you if the item is not available.
Is there a cost if I decide to return my item via courier?
- If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, shipping cost back to Mothercare would be borne by the customer.
- If you receive an item which is damaged or defective, Mothercare is happy to replace the product at our cost. The damaged item has to be returned. If you prefer not to replace it, we will refund you the balance after delivery charges.
Can I exchange the product at a Mothercare store?
- Yes, simply show our team your receipt upon arrival and your returned goods in perfect condition. Please be aware that consumable and hygienic products cannot be returned.
I returned some products but I have yet to receive my refund. Why?
- Our refunds are processed when your items arrive back at our warehouse. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to be processed.
- In the unlikely event that you haven't received your refund within this time, please contact us and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
My Mothercare item is faulty but I can’t find the receipt nor the proof of purchase, what should I do?
- You can download your invoices by logging into your account. If you are not a member, please email us with your order details, so we can pull it out for you.

Can I use my gift vouchers (paper) or e-voucher on your website?
- Currently, physical vouchers are only for our offline stores. The new member $5 voucher can only be used online. We're working to make gift vouchers available online soon!
How do I know if my online order has been successful?
- When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email containing your sale order details. An invoice will be sent you as soon as your order has been processed by our warehouse team.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
- We are unable to amend existing orders once they have been placed. Please cancel your current order and place a new one. You have a 2-hour window to cancel your order.

How do I pay you?

Why has my order been cancelled?

When the member upgrades to a VIP (Gold) member, they may receive a discount for that child’s next birthday, providing that child is under 8 years old at the time they are registered. Each child is eligible to receive one birthday offer between birth and up to and including their 8th birthday. Mothercare reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer of a discount on the child’s birthday at any time without notice.

Money off vouchers and offers
- IOn joining Mothercare Membership, the customer receives money off vouchers and offers. In addition, Mothercare may send the customer additional money off vouchers from time to time. Mothercare may also offer prize draws and competitions for Mothercare Membership members.
- The stated total value of money off vouchers and discounts and competition prizes available on joining Mothercare Membership, or as a benefit of membership, is a guide only.
- Vouchers have no cash value.
- Mothercare reserves the right to change how the vouchers are given to the customer, including whether they are given on paper, by email, via an app or SMS.
- Mothercare reserves the right to change the value of money-off vouchers, competition prizes and discounts available to members of Mothercare Membership at any time without notice.
Using discount vouchers
- Terms and conditions of individual discount vouchers apply. Discount vouchers must be presented at time of purchase.
- Discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with staff discount, childcare/nursery discounts or any other discount voucher or code. They cannot be exchanged for cash, or used to purchase gift vouchers/cards, Bugaboo, baby milk, baby medicines, diapers and other nett-priced products.
- Defaced, scanned or photocopied discount vouchers are void and will not be accepted. No discount voucher or code may be sold (including without limitation on any auction site) whether for profit or otherwise, or reproduced on any website. Discount vouchers are not transferrable. They must not be distributed to the wider public. Such activity will render discount vouchers void.
- Postage and packaging charges are not subject to discount.
- All products are subject to availability.
- Mothercare reserves the right to withdraw any products, promotional offers, competitions, vouchers or codes at any time.

- Offers and competition prizes provided to My Mothercare Membership members may be provided by a 3rd party. Mothercare is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the offer, prize or Discounts. Third party terms and conditions will apply.
